I have not received my order even though the estimated delivery time has passed. What do I do?
Check the status of your order in the tracking system to see the status of your parcel.
If the parcel has reached your country, you can contact your local postal office for more information.
Only business days are counted towards the total shipping time. Production of your order doesn't account for the shipping period, so the delivery timeframe can be longer than expected.
Example:
- You made an order on March 1st, Friday.
- Processing your order will take 1-3 business days.
- Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
- In case the shipment gets lost shipping provider has up to 10 additional business days to find the parcel.
Your maximum estimated delivery time is March 29th, Friday.
If the maximum time has elapsed and the status is unclear, contact us.

I want to change my delivery details
The address can only be changed if the order hasn’t yet been shipped.
To change your order delivery address or contact information, contact us and provide the:
- Phone number or email for contact information;

Can I get free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for all orders above a certain amount. You can check out that threshold in the Shipping and Delivery section of your country's local shop.
What tracking websites can I use to track my order?
Standard shipping (rest of the world):
Your parcel will be handled by your local postal service once it reaches your country.
How to use the tracking number with the tracking system:
- Open the email you received with confirmation and tracking link;
- Find a tracking number. It will be a combination of letters and numbers. Example: H0011C0005044797;
- Go to your country’s postal service website;
- Find the option to track the package and enter your tracking number;
- Review the package status and location;
You can find your local postal service provider on UPU.
Standard shipping (Baltic countries):
Your package will be delivered by DPD or Lithuania Post, so it is recommended to use the DPD or Lithuania Post websites to track your order.
Express shipping:
You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. We have several express shipping providers (such as UPS and DHL Express) based on the destination country, so the most accurate tracking information will be available on the carrier’s website.
Express shipping is mandatory for parcels containing power banks shipped outside the EU.
